Brazilian Needle Palm (Trithrinax brasiliensis)

Trithrinax brasiliensis is a very hardy fan palm and is considered quite rare. Growing to 6m. This palm can be used in as a feature tree, growing in most areas around Australia that don’t experience deep freezes. Planted in full sun – part shade, as the plant matures, it will produce spikes around the trunk to protect it from wildlife.
