Pacaya Palm (Chamaedorea tepejilote)

The Pacaya palm is normally a green single trunked palm but on the rare occasion it can start to cluster. It is also known to have the fastest and tallest trunk of all the chamaedoreas and can reach heights up to 6.5m. The leaves are fate and pinnate with a shiny green colour.
This is a shade loving plant so direct sunlight may result into yellowing and burnt leaves. It is a great indoor palm and will love you if planted in a well drained soil.
