Blonde Flamethrower (Chambeyronia macrocarpa ‘hookeri’)

The  blonde flamethrower palm is a single trunked palm that is almost the same as the flamethrower yet it has a yellow crown shaft. It can grow up to 5m. It has a bright new red leaf, that stays red up to 10 days or even longer. It’s pinnate leaves are very wide and thick. This palm is easy to grow and is a must have in a tropical garden.
The blonde flamethrower is considered cold hardy, it prefers rich well drained soil and planted in a full sun to partial shade position.
